At Ottawa Acres, we believe in feeding our family and our community with food that is honest, nourishing, and rooted in tradition. What began as a personal journey toward a healthier way of living turned into a lifestyle centered around homesteading, hard work, and a deep respect for real ingredients.
My husband Josh and I started this bakery because we wanted to share the same food we feed our own children. Everything we bake is made by hand, without preservatives or unnecessary additives. It is the bread we serve at our own table, created with care and intention from start to finish.
Our hope is to do more than just offer good food. Over time, we plan to open our homestead to others who want to learn the skills and values that have shaped our way of life. Whether it is baking, gardening, or living more simply, we believe these traditions can bring health, joy, and connection to others just as they have for our family.
